Venus Viva is a radio frequency anti-aging energy device. For many of us, as we age we accumulate sun damage which impacts our skin in a variety of different ways. These can include large pores and deep wrinkles along with uneven skin texture. Treating all these conditions with one device can be tricky to near impossible, until now! 

 

WHAT IS VENUS VIVA?

Venus Viva uses non fractional radio frequency technology to heat the skin from the inside out. This process initiates your body's healing cascade which stimulates the collagen production and elastin production without burning the skin surface. The Venus Viva can target superficial skin conditions as well as act on the deeper levels of the dermis. In order for skin to repair itself, the deeper levels need to ramp up production of nutrients for the skin. Most skin treatments will only treat the top layer of skin and never really truly address the cause of the problem.

 

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE PROCEDURE?

While the Venus Viva is an electrical device, the settings are highly customizable, this allows us to deliver a personalized treatment to each patient based on their individual needs and goals. We will start your treatment by applying numbing cream to the treatment area. Numbing the area helps to tolerate the procedure at higher settings for more effective treatments. Most clients describe the feeling as a warm snapping sensation. We will always adjust the settings to your comfort level if need be. 

 

You can upgrade your treatment with our AnteAGE MD stem cells which contain growth factors and stem cells to provide increased healing properties while cutting your downtime in half. You will be sent home with aftercare products and instructions. Most clients leave our office with mild redness and some swelling. The redness and swelling can continue from 3 to 5 days after the procedure. We recommend our mini dermaplane service within a week after your Venus Viva to help exfoliate the flaky, dead skin to reveal your bright healthy skin underneath. 

 

We recommend these in a series of three to six every four to six weeks to build your results. After achieving your desired results Venus Viva can be performed three to four times a year along with other facial services and anti-aging products.

 

For an even better outcome, ask us about pairing it with one of our other skin treatments such as a microneedling or other light devices.
