Service and Return Policy
All of our treatments and services are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on services. In the event you are disappointed in the results or unhappy with the outcome, we will work together to create a treatment plan for your concerns, which will include additional costs.

Product/Other Merchandise Return Policy
All of our products and other merchandise are final sale and non-refundable (online & in-house). We are only able to exchange unopened/unused products. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit or items you accidentally damage.  The moment you submit an order we are unable to cancel it or refund your money. 

 

Pre-paid service Policy
If you pre-paid for a service and no longer wish to use this service we are unable to refund your payment. However you are able to use that credit, at spas discretion, towards another treatment and/or merchandise sold at Specialty Dripps By Afton.

 

Marketing Policy
I agree to receive texts & emails from Specialty Dripps for appointment reminders and marketing purposes. I understand I can op-out at any time.

 

Gift Card Policy
All gift cards have a 1 year expiration date. It is the responsibility of the card holder to make appointments as needed.
